After a short initial briefing , during which you will be explained how to mount your steed and lead it along the path, you will be given the obligatory helmet and you will be able to get into the saddle.
Finally you will leave for the green park: you will be able to observe the herds of Maremma cows in the wild and admire numerous Aldobrandesque towers from the 1200.
Most of the itinerary is in the shade: this feature makes it practicable even during the summer months.
