It is the most complete formula of the Hobbit House. Designed for an important gift, an anniversary or a surprise that has been prepared for months, it includes an overnight stay with breakfast for two people, a private hot tub and a 4x4 tour of Mount Amiata. In Civitella Paganico you will only have to pay the tourist tax and, if you wish, dinner.
The hot tub is a larch tub full of hot water, outdoors and reserved for just the two of you. You will find it ready at check-in together with the extra towels and you can use it as many times as you want during your stay. It can be used in any season. It works well at sunset with an aperitif or after dinner, with the Maremma sky above your head and no city lights around.
The guided off-road tour lasts about four and a half hours and climbs among chestnut and beech trees to the top of Amiata, where a platter of typical products awaits you in the hut before the visit to Santa Fiora. By doing it on the day of arrival, upon your return we will hand over the house to you and the evening will be spent in the hot tub. Leaving instead the following morning, after breakfast in the yurt, the night comes first and the trip closes the gift.

We sleep in every season, according to availability. The hot tub is ready from 4pm, check-in time; the 4x4 tour takes place on the morning of arrival or the following day. Departure by 10.30am, and no pets.
