Enough of walking on the asphalt of the capital all day, relax and walk in a quiet and natural environment, the Lozoya Valley. You will have from November to May to come and enjoy nature in its state. pure that grows just 1 hour from Madrid capital.
We propose a two-hour hiking route guided by experienced instructors. The tour will help you relax while doing physical exercise but in an environment that is not what you are used to on a daily basis.
The Lozoya valley is located in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama. A territory in which with every step you take you will find a great variety of floral species such as holm oaks and ash trees, melojo oak forests, birches and yews.
Additionally, although animals in the wild are difficult to see, you will have a chance to see the elusive red squirrel. And now, with a bit of luck, you will be able to watch the flight of the griffon vulture and the red-billed choughs. Now, even if they live in this area, with good luck to the black vulture.
And, of course, you can come accompanied by your dog!
