Hiking to the Bola del Mundo in Guadarrama 3 hours

This hiking route to the Bola del Mundo, officially called the Alto de las Guarramillas, we usually start from the Puerto de Navacerrada, taking a I walk towards the station ticket office. We leave this path to the left and enter the path known as the Vuelta de los Pastores, a part of the excursion with some beautiful places that we can enjoy in peace and ascends from smooth shape. From here, unbeatable views of the Navaelmedio Valley await us and we will finish this route at the Cuerda de las Cabrillas, where we will go to the left.

From here we will ascend 600 meters northeast through the upper area of the Ventisquero de la Estrada. Here we will come across a large number of paths that will continue to take us upwards. In a short time we will come across the Guarramillas and Virgen de las Nieves chairlifts and after advancing another 300 meters we will be able to glimpse the top of the Bola del Mundo . With our goal almost within reach, we continue our ascent until we finally reach the top, where unparalleled panoramic views of Madrid's landscapes await us. Enveloped by the beautiful evening, we will contemplate the La Barranca Valley, the Navacerrada Reservoir and the Seven Peaks Range to the west.
