It is a 1-day route, approximately 10 hours, in which you will walk along the large arc of ridges defined by the front and back rocks. It will be a demanding route of about 20 kilometers and a gradient of 1,400 meters, which includes multiple up and down climbs of more than 10 meters.
It has granite rocks, which provide a unique pink color whose composition makes it more prone to chemical erosion due to oxidation, which gives rise to characteristic shapes that you will rarely find in the mountains. Animals such as vultures or goats live in these places, which we can see if we are lucky.
The group must be a maximum of 8 people, and you will be accompanied by a specialized guide who will be in charge of supervising the group, explaining the details of interest in the area, and help you with any problem that arises.
The meeting point with the guide will be the Cantocochino Parking, and we recommend you bring: mountain shoes and clothing, backpack, at least 2 liters of water, food, sunglasses and trekking poles.
