This hiking route will take place at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama, where we will enjoy a landscape abundant with trees that will allow you to enjoy this incredible route under the shade. The route has a distance of 14 kilometers, where you can visit amazing places in the Fuenfría dehesa.
On the way you will come across the remains of the Fuenfría Roman Road, a construction carried out by Philip V in 1722 and today we can see some of the remains of this historical work. You will also pass through the Puerto de la Fuenfría, a mountain pass that reaches 1796 meters of altitude located in the central point between the Sierra de La Mujer Muerta and the mountain formation of the Seven Peaks.
On the other hand, we will cool off with the German Shower, a waterfall that reaches 2 meters high belonging to the Navazuela stream. This waterfall contains a lot of history since behind its name hides a legend located in the 20th century.
