We’re talking about the Lake District National Park in Cumbria. Our HQ is in Ambleside, so we can run almost straight into the Langdale Valley. However, there are fantastic itineraries for this activity throughout the park, so we can tailor the session to your preferences.
This is a 2-hour run. Trail running is an amazing way to work your core muscles and your cardio while seeing sights of amazing natural beauty. We can cover almost a full day’s walk in just a couple of hours if we’re going at a jog!
You’ll have a qualified Fell Running coach to help you pace yourself and lead the route. You’ll need trail shoes, some water and snacks and an appropriate bag for carrying them, and layers to protect you from the elements.
