The truth is, planning and completing a long walk in open landscape can be tricky. You can take the stress out of it by booking one of our expert guides for a full-day hike in the Lake District National Park.
We are based in Ambleside, but we can take you anywhere within the park. With a whole day to play with, there are some really terrific hikes on the table, from the Langdale Pikes or an ascent of Scafell Pike in our neck of the woods, to peaks like Hellvelyn or the Coniston Old Man further afield.
The walk will be tailored to you and your group, so you can choose a famous route or an off the beaten track experience. The pace and difficulty are up to you too.
You don’t need to be a veteran hiker to join us, but bear in mind that most of our walks take at least 5 hours to complete at a moderate pace. You will be responsible for bringing appropriate footwear and clothing for hiking, as well as food, drink and personal items.
