Toledo Cathedral and its Cultural Heritage Tour

In Toledo, the old town entails many mysteries, which only a historian and expert guide of the city would know how to unmask, which is why this route includes a walking tour in which we will to Toledo in a historical way and we will relate it to all the important events and people that this city has accommodated. Although on this walk we only enter the Primal Cathedral we will reveal each of the mysteries that are related to each monument.

Inside this cathedral of French influence, mostly Gothic style, with Visigothic foundations that was once used as a mosque. We will go chapel by chapel discovering the artists, sculptors and architects who made this cathedral an icon of the transmission of faith and culture of their time. We will also see its construction phases, especially explaining the details of the tower, the doors, the chapels and the chapter house, the stained glass windows and the sculptures.

All this without forgetting the importance and theological significance that this cathedral has had as a reference for the entire ecclesiastical community of the archdiocese including faithful, lay people and priests.
