You can now dedicate a whole day to caving thanks to this activity that we present to you. The latter makes you discover the Las Goffias sinkhole, in Ariège, a little jewel of Occitanie.

Procedure:
- Gathering of participants at the DDE roundabout in Mont-Louis.
- You will then have to travel an hour's drive to arrive at the starting point of the activity.
- Your instructor will distribute the equipment you will need during the day, while explaining the general aspects of the activity, as well as the safety measures to follow.
- It will finally be time for you to start your day of discovery, where you will learn how to do 30 meter descents, rope ascents, etc.
- You are going to have a picnic underground. You must therefore bring your snack and drink.
