An activity which is practiced for half a day, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in the town of Laruns, a few kilometers from Pau. It is designed for people who are beginners in caving, but who have already done similar or complementary activities on several occasions, namely canyoning, via ferrata or climbing.
It therefore requiresphysical strengthand endurance. In the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, you will carry out your tour in a cave which encompasses the most beautiful scenery of the region. You will be amazed and pleasantly surprised by the charming natural sculptures, fauna and flora found there. This is indeed the Hot Waters Cave, which is characterized by the beauty of its underground rivers, its small stalactites and much more .
You will learn a lot about caving, but also about the archeology and environment of these wild and unusual places thanks to the state-certified instructor who will supervise you. Before departure, you will receive a briefing from the caving guide, who will tell you about the equipment, the techniques used, the safety measures to adopt and any other useful information. Then you will be given all the equipment you need, including a helmet with lighting, ropes, wetsuit, etc. Once this step is completed, you will be ready to go on an adventure.
