Whether you are a Sunday athlete or a fan of all physical disciplines, you can participate in this activity. The latter is suitable for children (from 7 years old) and adults. You just need to be in good physical condition and have no contraindications. This half day is therefore open to the general public. It will require walking, lying down crawling and basic level climbing. So you have nothing to worry about.
In addition, each group will be accompanied by astate-certified instructorwho will supervise all participants. As part of an explanatory briefing, he will answer all the questions you have and tell you more about all the techniques you will be able to learn. He will also play the role ofguideand connoisseur of the region. He will help you discover the beautiful Balagué cave and its cavities.
Sequence:
- Upon your arrival at the meeting point previously agreed with the instructor, the latter will welcome you with a briefing and safety instructions to follow.
- He will then give you the equipment you will need to do this caving activity, then you will head towards the Balagué cave.
- The journey through the cave will last between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, depending on the pace of the group and the time spent on breaks.
Good to know:
- Bring long, very comfortable clothing with materials that do not retain moisture.
- Don't forget to take a change of clothes.
- The material is included in the offer.
- You must inform the instructor of the measurements of eachparticipant no later than 48 hours before the day of the activity, so that they can prepare the equipmentadequate.
