The water pools and jumps (maximum of 7 meters) to the natural pools will be a constant on this route in which you will also practice three rappels along the rocky walls of the river. Although you will be equipped with safety equipment such as a helmet, harness and ropes, it is necessary to know how to swim for the deeper sections.
On the other hand, we will also equip you with special boots for the occasion. Boots that will help you overcome the itinerary in which you will apply descent techniques that the instructor will teach you. Although it is a simple level, you will have to be prepared to make jumps, slide down slides and overcome those narrow sections between rock and rock.
In total, 400 meters in length that you will enjoy as if you were in a water park. But it will not be the same, you will have Galician nature as a setting with its different types of vegetation typical of areas with a lot of rain.
