This is the ideal Occitan canyon to introduce yourself to canyoning with your loved ones this summer! Come with family or friends to surround yourself with its lush beech forest and discover its waterfalls in the middle of the gorges. You will be guided by astate qualified instructorwho will wait for you in front of the Val-de-Sos town hallin the commune of Vicdessos !
The outing will take place in a group with a maximum of ten people, at the start of which your instructor will provide a reminder of how the half-day will take place and will teach you the basics and safety instructions of canyoning. All you have to do is collect all the canyoning equipment provided by the school and follow the group for a quarter-hour walk towards the canyon !
While it is certain that you will be full of strong emotions and that you will have multiple opportunities to surpass yourself, none of the natural obstacles that you will encounter will be obligatory . Take advantage of this invigorating outing to surprise yourself and try new things: slide along natural slides, jump into the river from the heights of the canyon or descend it by rappel...

Good to know:
- The activity is open to those over 8 years old who can swim.
- Remember to bring something to refresh yourself and eat during the outing, as well as a swimsuit and a bath towel. We recommend that you bring a glasses cord if you wear them and a hair elastic to fully enjoy your activity.
