If you want to discover canyoning and its techniques, you've come to the right place!
We are pleased to offer you this canyoning outing to really discover what it is like in a natural and wild environment in the heart of Ariège.
Located in Tarascon sur Ariège, we want to pass on our passion for white water to you and offer you a real introduction to nature, each at their own pace.
You will of course be supervised by one of our professional instructors throughout the activity who will be there to help you and guide you if necessary.
We will meet you at the CSA center in Niaux, in Ariège. You will be welcomed and taken care of by one of our friendly instructors who will give you a briefing on the activity, the instructions for the day as well as the safety rules.
Afterwards, he will provide you with the necessary equipment for the canyoning trip: neoprene wetsuit and slippers, grippy shoes, helmet, complete harness and waterproof container to store your personal belongings.
Afterwards, you will go to the canyon and start having fun in the white waters!
Get off the beaten track and tackle a sporting descent in a natural and refreshing environment that could be called the Ariège jungle.
Between jumps, slides, zip lines, swimming and abseiling, this outing will show you all the colors and you will feel new, unique sensations!

Good to know:
- It is essential to be an experienced swimmer and not to be afraid of water to do this activity.
- Remember to take a bottle of water with you as well as a snack or a picnic to eat at the end of the activity.
- You will need to wear a swimsuit and take a bath towel and sports shoes with you, because if you wear less than a size 36, unfortunately we do not have shoes to provide you.
