Canoeing route Fraga-Granja d´Escarp

If you want to do a different canoe route you have to experience this descent of the Cinca River starting from the municipality of Fraga. This tour runs along the border between Aragon and Catalonia, with an itinerary that lasts approximately 3 hours.

But before starting the activity, our professional monitors, who will also accompany you during the tour, will provide you with all the materials. To do this you can choose between boats of different capacities, such as individuals, two-seaters and even triples. In addition, you are also given the paddles and the vest. Once you are fully equipped, an introductory class of half an hour will be held, which will focus on the management and safety of canoeing.

The route, although of low difficulty, presents sections of white water, but also with the advantage of offering quiet and barely crowded sections where you can enjoy the silence. Thus, we will alternate adrenaline and contemplation in a landscape marked by riverside forests.

If we start from Fraga, Torrente de Cinca will be our intermediate municipality, where its grass "beach" will be a good place to regain strength. We will end the itinerary at Granja d'Escarp. Within the route it is worth, among other things, the views of the Mequinenza castle or the Aiguabarreig space, where you can enjoy its ornithology.
