Our activitywill explore the white waters of the Cabriel River by canoe. At the beginning of the activity you will have some theoretical concepts at the hands of our specialized instructors. They will teach you the essential techniques and movements on the boat in the waters of the river. The approximate duration of the activity is 3 hours, always depending on the pace of the group of participants.
Once the theory is finished we will begin to carry out the practice, always accompanied by a monitor. It is mandatory that the participants wear the necessary safety material that is provided to them at the beginning of the activity, the only essential requirement It is knowing how to swim.
