It is a 2 hour capea, which we will carry out at our facilities in Alcalá del Júcar. Challenge the heifers, become good trimmers... that's what we want this experience to be about, always respecting the heifers and enjoying this adventure with them. We only work with the best heifers. Plus, all our expert staff will be at your disposal to take care of everything!
In addition, this experience includes a pairing menu so that you can taste incredible wines from the area that will be accompanied by their corresponding dishes. As a starter, you can enjoy a delicious tapa of scallop molla, pancha razor clam and Roquefort sauce accompanied by Ole de Passion white wine, then you will enter the world of fish. strong>with a cod loin with garlic confit and a tasting of a rosé wine called Olé de Rose. Then we will move on to the meat and you can enjoy another starter which will be a ball of stuffed blood sausage covered with kikos, in this case, the tapa will be accompanied with a spectacular red wine called Olé de Aromas
The sweet touch in this pairing cannot be missed and will be a brownie with vanilla ice cream and a pastry bed, accompanied by Ole de Rosas wine (sweet Macabeo)
