Tasting premium wines and visiting the Casas Ibáñez winery

Calling lovers of good wine: if you are in the region of La Manchuela and are looking for a wine tourism experience that you like so much, this route through the wineries of Vega Tolosa with a premium wine tasting included is what you are looking for.

Our wineries are located in the Albacete municipality of Casas-Ibáñez, a historic area located between the Serranía de Cuenca and La Mancha, very close to Valencian or Cuenca towns, so it is a great experience if you find yourself in any of these places.

The experience will begin with a guided tour led by our winemaker through our facilities in which you will learn about the production process of our wines from the beginning, from the collection of the grape in the vineyards until fermentation, pressing, aging and subsequent bottling.

The entire tour will be pleasant and familiar to you since we will make you participate in the explanations at all times, so that you understand why the organic and vegan wines that we produce are so special. There is a reason we are among the 10 best wineries in all of Spain.

At the end of the walk, the tasting of 5 of our wines will take place. Here you will learn to taste them with all your senses, enjoying each sip and knowing how to bring out the different nuances that make it up. We will accompany it with an appetizer to differentiate the different broths and make everything even more pleasant.
