Microlight Full Day Flying Course in Heathfield

Flight to the Isle of Wight and back with us and learn lots on the way!

Go further afield than ever before with us on a journey from Bradley's Lawn Airfield in Heathfield and take your skills to new levels on our full-day microlight flying course.

As you fly freely over East Sussex, the South Coast and beyond, you will be gaining skills that could help you achieve your pilot's license in the future, so this is a course for real enthusiasts and aspiring flights; if you want to dip your toe into flying, we have other sessions for that.

This full-day flying course combines entertainment and education with two flights of about 80 minutes each (to the Isle of Wight and back.) Also, Syllabus exercises 1-2-3, the expert instructor is happy to answer any questions you have about the NPPL; we are here to help in any way. The sessions include a free logbook if you join the NPPL course.

Our qualified instructors will keep a watchful eye for the entire course while helping to guide you and providing helpful insights, so you will come away with many expert techniques and an improved understanding of flying, which will be greater motivation to carry on your flying journey.

Flying with us is much easier with our state-of-the-art microlights that speed up the learning process immensely and make flying even more satisfying. For all of our sessions, we use Pipistrel Alpha Trainers; it will be smooth sailing when you follow our instructions and feel the ease of control with this magnificent aircraft.

There will be a briefing and debriefing for this session so that it runs as smoothly as planned and you know all the instructions and guidelines.

To join us on this amazing experience and enter the course, you must be medically fit for flying, weigh under 14.5 Stone and be shorter than 6.2 feet. We will assess the weather before the session and inform you if we need to reschedule if flying is unsafe at the arranged time.
