Because we are highly qualified specialists with 20 years experience of commercial operation. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of safety, education and conservation. Our instructors all hold National qualifications and we are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority.

Where We Operate
We are based in the Mendip Hills of Somerset but we can instruct sessions in all the major caving areas of Britain - Yorkshire, Derbyshire, South Wales and the Forest of Dean.

Types of Session
We offer a great variety of sessions to suit groups of varying experience. For beginners two options are possible - a single 2 hour session or our very popular Beginners Day which includes two quite different caves.

Single Session
This is a visit to Goatchurch Cavern - an interesting dry cave. An easy walk along the entrance passage leads to a complex of chambers, crawls and climbs. There are some tight squeezes but easier alternatives exist for the less adventurous. The cave contains some interesting historical and geological features giving the session an educational content.

Beginners Day
This starts with a morning in Goatchurch and then moves on to the famous Swildon's Hole at Priddy. This is the longest Mendip cave system and offers a great variety of routes. There are waterfalls, large chambers and many spectacular stalactite formations. Generally the passages are large and easy, but there are some wet and exciting climbs to scale. A great day out that you won't forget!
