Canoas Sporttur

At Canoas Sporttur we are a company dedicated to adventure activities located in Unquera, a beautiful town that belongs to Cantabria. Our philosophy is to offer you adventures and memorable experiences but always with the best instructors and in a context where we can guarantee your safety.

Our main activities focus on canoe routes along the Deva and Cares rivers. To do them it is not necessary to have previous experience since it is a very easy sport to practice.

The activity plan is as follows:

• When you arrive at our center, a monitor will welcome you and provide you with the material.

• After getting equipped, you will go to the canoe so that I can explain to you in situ how to navigate with this boat and what safety measures you must respect to avoid incidents.

• When the instructor considers it appropriate, you will begin the route. You just have to relax, contemplate the landscape and keep an eye on the guide to know where to continue.

You can choose between descending through:

• the Deva River, a 12 km itinerary that can be done by all audiences, including children of all ages.

• the Cares River, a 9 km route of medium difficulty, recommended only if you have some experience.

All tours can be done both individually and in groups.

The price includes all the materials necessary to carry out the activity (canoe, paddle, vest and isothermal suit in spring season) as well as a small picnic halfway through the tour.
