You're bored at home or chatting with friends when suddenly you consider trying something new. How about an adventure sport? Well, we're giving you the opportunity to have original fun with your mates and make the most of your free time.
One of the sports that's becoming increasingly popular is paintball, as it lets you release adrenaline and experience a full adventure without mishaps: paintball doesn't hurt.
If you're hesitant about experiencing an adventure with paint shots because you're unsure if they'll cause harm. Get that idea out of your head!
It's an entirely safe practice
You won't face any risks as long as you follow proper safety rules. The most important aspect, obviously, is the equipment you'll be wearing as proper protection helps: masks and chest protectors are essential to avoid impacts on the most sensitive body parts. You'll also wear a suit and optionally a helmet, gloves, knee pads or elbow pads. And certainly, don't go without a good marker.
It's important to be covered because you never know what might happen on the paintball field, though this doesn't mean, we repeat, that anything bad will occur - quite the opposite: you'll say goodbye to stress.
Statistics show it's an even safer sport than football, as in the latter collisions, falls or continuous injuries from breaks or sprains are more common.
Always respect the game rules
But you mustn't forget that one of the most basic rules is not to shoot at a distance closer than 8 metres, as otherwise you might experience some mishap or make one of your "enemies" experience it. Follow this rule and the rest is easy, as there's also a referee monitoring the game who'll give you some advice before starting.

The chest protector will prevent paintballs from hitting your skin directly and potentially causing any wounds. It's also advisable to wear clothing under the protector for extra safety. When a paintball hits you, you'll naturally feel the impact, but being in constant motion means you might not even notice it.
Promotes fair play
Playing paintball means staying focused on locating the enemy and hiding well to avoid being eliminated. Your main objective will be reaching the end of the game after overcoming all obstacles. For this you'll need to pay close attention and follow all instructions given before the game starts, as different game modes will be offered and each time you'll have to complete a specific mission.
In conclusion, we'll just say - don't overthink it and find a paintball field near you, as it'll be the best thing you've done to date and it's also ideal for stag parties or teambuilding activities.
