Caving is an adventure sport that is gaining more and more enthusiasts. Perhaps it's because it offers those who practise it the chance to experience incredible adventures deep beneath the earth. What was once reserved for experts is now accessible to everyone, regardless of profession, interests, or physical condition.



The important thing is that you feel interested in a change of scenery and discovering new places. If those places are caves, your choice will depend on your level of preparation, as while you don’t need to be a specialised athlete, a minimum level of stamina and agility is required.
