Scuola Magnola

The Scuola Magnola is a historical point of reference in the skiing environment of Ovindoli.

The aim of our qualified instructors is to impart to students all the technical information on alpine skiing, snowboarding, freestyle and to give them days of pure fun on our splendid mountains!

Our courses are developed according to different typologies, from individual lessons for beginners up to entire days of lesson-training for the more experienced who want to refine their technique.

The School's competitive department is managed by the Magnola Ski Club, which allows young people (from 5 to 18 years old) to train all year round (summer sessions on the glaciers) and approach the world of competitions.

The group courses organized by the Scuola Magnola Sci consist of 2 hours of lessons per day (from Monday to Saturday) for groups of up to 8 people.

The course times are established by the secretariat and, for the formation of the groups, a preliminary test is carried out to evaluate the starting level of the students and organize homogeneous classes.

At the end of the course, a competition is organized and the classification test is given to participants.

Depending on the availability of the teaching staff, it is also possible to book individual private lessons and request Video Ski footage with commentary from your teacher.

The Magnola Snowboard School organizes group courses for groups of up to 5 participants. the lessons last 2 hours and, preliminarily, the classes are formed based on a classification test to group students of the same level.

The cost of registration for the group course includes for each customer participation in the end-of-course competition and delivery of the classification test.

You can also choose from the following options:

• Private lessons every day (depending on the availability of the teaching staff)
• Ski video footage with commentary from the teacher (on request)

The ski school of Ovindoli has its center in the Piazzale Magnola , from which it takes its name, in the beautiful ski area of the Abruzzo Apennines .

The students of the courses held by the school will have the opportunity to rent the necessary ski equipment directly on site, choosing from top-level materials and a range of multiple possibilities.

The school covers the needs of all skiers during the learning phase, covering all age groups and all levels of previous preparation with its proposals and services, the center also has a specific section dedicated to competition. and special programs for the little ones.
