Come learn snowboarding and progress in complete safety with the ESF instructors! They offersnowboard lessonsaccessible to everyone from the age of 10.

This is the opportunity to discover a new point of balance! Snowboard lessons are organized in Val Cenis for each level. Beginners will discover the equipment and the first sliding techniques. You will be able to improve if you have already practiced, and even become experts by flirting with off-piste and freestyle/freeride practice.

• Day outing: plan a picnic and set off to explore the mountain on an outing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Evening outing: Go snowshoeing by moonlight for an evening with a typical meal in a high-altitude chalet.

Your guide will explain to you how to distinguish the different animal tracks, as well as the characteristics of nature and the surrounding reliefs. Fun and accessible to all, thesnowshoe hikes will not leave you indifferent!

You will have the opportunity to enjoy an introduction to mushing taking place as follows:

Once there, a professional will introduce you to the pack, and take you to visit the sled dog breeding. Then, you will discover the secrets of hitching. This service lasts approximately 30 minutes, and is accessible to everyone.

If you want to go further in discovery of mushing, the center also offers introduction to driving a team. You will take charge of a sled of 4 dogs and learn to direct them, while enjoying the landscapes of Haute Maurienne. Improvement sessions are also possible: discovery of sports mushing and racing, or even off-piste!

Introduction to sled driving is also available for children who will enjoy a sled pulled by 2 dogs.
