Whether you want to ride flat terrain or large stretches of powder, the school will offer you lessons adapted to your level and your desires:

An original way to discover the mountains and its natural environment is snowshoe hiking... Welcome to ESF Monetier Raquettes!

Formerly used as a means of transport in areas covered by abundant snow, snowshoeing is today popular with hikers who appreciate being able to enjoy their passion during the winter, far from the ski slopes alpine.

ESF Monetier Raquettes offers you extraordinary hikes every afternoon: the mountain in its winter guise reveals its secrets to us one by one, the traces left by different animals attest to the reality of this magical universe.

Equipment to be provided by you:

• Shoes: hiking shoes, mountaineering shoes or fur-lined boots that hold the foot well.
• The backpack: you will regularly need to undress or feed us.
• Water and some sweets or dried fruit.
• A camera: to immortalize these unique moments...

Equipment provided, transport insured. Registration the day before for the next day.
