ESF La Clusaz: The French Ski School of La Clusaz was founded in 1940 and has nearly 150 instructors.

Our instructors will help you discover the pleasures of the mountains, share the joys of skiing in a relaxed atmosphere, and for thrill-seekers, a guaranteed escape on 100% natural itineraries.

You will progress on 3 interconnected areas, extending over 5 massifs, i.e. 132 km of slopes in a varied setting, starting from an altitude of 2600 m on the Balme massif, facing Mont-Blanc, to finish in the woods. de Beauregard, 1500 m lower.

• Course: cross-country skiing courses are organized during the Christmas and February holidays. In a good mood, they are organized according to your age and your level

ESF La Clusaz Snowshoes: We are guides, guides or Nordic ski instructors, passionate about our mountains. We will help you discover our region with its secret gardens and its many signs of life.

Choose your walk or hike and come and share convivial moments.

Snowshoeing: a real discovery of the activity and the snowy mountain. About two hours of pleasant and easy walking.

Snowshoe hiking: get off the marked trails and discover new facets of the Aravis.
Around three hours of half-day discovery stroll. A great day of escape.

Every week a program of all levels is offered to you:

-Half-day themed hikes approaching ibexes, local architecture, animal tracks in the forest.
-Half-day panoramic discovery hikes on the Aravis balcony trails.
-Day hikes for lovers of the great outdoors.
-And of course night outings with Savoyard meals to find yourself in a warm atmosphere.

ESF La Clusaz Snowshoes: Practical advice:

Snowshoeing is done on the snow, but be careful, walking can cause you to warm up. Bring, if you have, a small backpack for your jacket. Warm jacket, gloves, hat. Mountain or après-ski type shoe. Backpack with drink, cereal bar. Snowshoes, Ski poles.
