Vinos Palarea was born with the hope of opening a winery following a family tradition. Located in Chinchilla de Montearagón, it retains the same name as at the beginning of the 20th century.
The vineyards grow at an altitude of 900 meters. The climate, with harsh winters and dry, hot summers, favors slow but optimal maturation for the production of good wines.
We grow varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah to make a tasty wine with character, enriched for two years in the cellar.
Aging is carried out with a constant temperature and humidity. The barrels are located in underground rooms and are built with American and French oak.
