Bodegas Bordeje

The company Bodegas Bordeje has been founded for more than two hundred years, it was Nicolás Bellido who decided to create this jewel of wine in the fields of the town of Ainzón, located in the province of Zaragoza, strong> belonging to the Autonomous Community of Aragon. The climate of this town favored the perfect growth of our vineyards. Over the years we have been perfecting all types of techniques for the care and treatment of the grapes, and we work with them every day to obtain the best wines in Spanish territory.

With the activities we offer you, you will be able to discover all the secrets that our facilities keep. Additionally, with the guided tour you will learn the entire process of wine production, from its collection to bottling. You will do all this with the company of one of our workers, who will act as a tour guide.

Thanks to the knowledge of our expert you will know all the details of the Garnacha variety, which is the one we manufacture in our facilities. To obtain itwe grow grapes with a strong origin so that it can withstand the different climatic changes that occur in northern Spain. This grape ends up fertilizing at the end of the summer months. Finally, the wine obtained is characterized by its thickness and rough touch. During its production processes, it is softened through honey and various varieties of herbs.

So that our results obtain the highest quality we are always attentive to all the details, which you will be able to see throughout the entire guided tour. We have highly qualified personnel who are in charge of different phases of the process. One of the keys to the process is controlling the interior temperature of our wineries.
