The Garnacha grape has been traditionally grown as it provides us with an exceptional base for the production of our wines. We ferment our products at controlled temperatures for 15 days of maceration with the skins and aging in oak wood.

Don Miguel Ángel Bordejé Cruz started our current commercial brand of Bodegas Bordejé. The same one that modernized the winemaking and aging processes and introduced the first Macabeo, Tempranillo and Merlot strains.
