W.O.Z. School

With W.O.Z. School Kitesurf you can participate in courses of basic Kite or advanced to make yourself independent in this wonderful sport.

The team of trained W.O.Z instructors will follow you throughout your training, alternating parts of theoretical courses and practical training, to allow you to achieve a complete training.

kitesurfing is an extreme but not dangerous sport, which however needs to be practiced in compliance with safety regulations and learned in its techniques thanks to the support of qualified and certified teachers. With the use of a special board and a kite (kite or wing) that can be maneuvered thanks to a control bar (boom) connected to it by two, four, or more lines (cables), you can exploit the force of the wind (not it is necessary as for windsurfing that it is very powerful) to carry out evolutions in mid-air.

The teaching philosophy WOZ , is enclosed in the word "patience", it is only by approaching this stepbystep sport, in fact, and with the right knowledge of the winds, of the safety rules and of the place where it is practiced , that you can run it without risk.

W.O.Z. School Paddle Surf offers Sup courses (Stand-up Puddle Surfing) in Lazio, Tuscany and Sardinia.

The Paddle Surf uses the classic surfboard, on which the subject remains standing, governing the movement with the help of a paddle.

It is a particularly widespread discipline in the Hawaiian Islands that is rapidly gaining ground also in Italy, also thanks to the ease of learning and practice that it implies.

The Sup can be used both to ride the wave and on the calm sea, kneeling or standing, and its use is also considered an excellent workout for all the muscles of the body.

As in all water sports, Paddle Surfing also needs to be learned and must be taught by qualified instructors; it is in fact necessary to know the waves, currents and winds to be able to practice it safely.

The W.O.Z school has always focused its efforts on spreading sports related to the sea and making them accessible to an increasing number of people. For this reason, the WOZ school also wanted to break down geographical boundaries, making its staff traveling between Lazio , Tuscany and Sardinia , so as to be able to meet the wind.

The immense passion for the sea and for all related sports of W.O.Z. School , however, passes through two conditional concepts: the safety of the sportsman and respect for the marine environment; two basic concepts that we try to convey in all our courses.

Expert and highly qualified instructors follow the students for the entire duration of the learning path, alternating between theory lessons and practical exercises until the complete autonomy of the student is reached.
