The Urban Wave is also really handy for people who would like to keep their core fitness during the off season of their favourite boarding activity. Especially great for beginners, as there is none of the pressure and all of the fun. Allowing beginners to get the hang of the basic skills is a great way to help them become more confident when they actually move towards doing the real thing.
