With Turnauga you can explore different ravines in Barbanza, the ravine of Villameá in Muiños and ravines in the Sierra del Caurel. To do the descents we propose two modalities depending on the experience of the participant:

• Without rappelling: it involves descending simple ravines with jumps and slides that do not pose too much difficulty. This is an introductory activity for all those who are curious and want to try canyoning safely before facing greater descents.

• With rappelling: this modality is for more expert athletes since it requires other techniques in which ropes and harnesses are used. You will make higher jumps and descend walls and slides full of currents and, above all, strong emotions.

The ravines that are traversed are usually aquatic or have certain parts with water, so we recommend that you bring spare clothes for when you finish this activity. We will provide you with all the specific materials such as helmets, harnesses and ropes

With Turnauga you will descend in an inflatable boat along the Ulla, Tambre, Miño and Deza rivers. Visiting one or the other will depend on your preferences and the flow of the rivers, although it is usually abundant throughout the year.

We have different types of kayak prepared for you:

• Kayak-raft: this type of raft only has two seats. It is perfect for couples who want to experience strong emotions.

• Mini-raft: If you are three or four friends, this is the perfect raft for you. You will be able to enjoy the river in the best company while you discharge adrenaline in complete confidence.

• Pneumatic raft: the best way to go down the river is aboard this 6 to 8-seater raft. It is the traditional way of rafting and with which you will discover extreme sensations while you cross the rapids and currents of the river.

The rivers preferred by canoeing lovers are the Miño, the Ulla and the Tambre but if you have an adventurous spirit and want to investigate others, you We will propose sections and routes of other rivers such as the Xallas, Lor, Tamega, Limia, Arnego... or any other that you prefer.

We also offer you canoeing activities in the sea. You will travel through the different Galician estuaries until you reach the mouth and enjoy a unique landscape, leaving small islands and incredible beaches around you.

To canoe with us you must be over 14 years and know how to swim. You can go on descents for several hours or excursions along the river for several days that include camping on its banks.

At Turnauga we offer you a game of paintball at our facilities at the Rianxo Campsite. You can test your aim with your group of friends and have a great time in an activity full of adrenaline and bursts of emotion.

As a novelty, at Turnauga we offer you the possibility of doing night paintball. Bathed only in the light of the moon and stars, you can play with your friends with special ammunition that allows visibility in the dark.

You don't need to be in excellent physical shape to do paintball with us, but it would be advisable to have some stamina so as not to get tired during the game and to be active at all times.

At Turnauga we offer you hiking activities in the heart of the mountain. We have different routes that adapt to your tastes and preferences through the Sierra del Barbanza and other mountains in the area.
Our most popular routes are those that take place in the Iroite area and the one that leads to Poza do Bastón in Rianxo. During these tours you will come across dreamlike places that will envelop you while you exercise with your family or friends.

For all those who want to fully enjoy nature, we prepare complete weekends in which different routes will be carried out and you will also be able to attend a typical dinner of the area with a queimada included.
