Sub Mania

Sub Mania Diving is located in one of the most beautiful places in Cilento: Agropoli! We are located near a notable marina and fascinating seaside locations. Furthermore, the area is under environmental protection, hides enchanting seabeds and has long enjoyed the "blue flag" recognition for maritime waters. The Tyrrhenian Sea and the excellent Mediterranean climate make diving possible almost all year round.

Here is a list of our dives to discover the places where we dive:

• Wreck (various levels of depth and difficulty available depending on needs)
• Posidonia and rock (easy)
• Wall and bottom (different depths, easy)
• Landslide and bottom (different levels of depth and difficulty)
• Teaching (various depths)

If, however, you want to start or deepen your diving knowledge and skills, we offer different types of courses, which we recommend because scuba diving, which is pleasant and safe, cannot be practiced without adequate training and obtaining a certification.

Our instructors are highly qualified and have years of experience in underwater teaching, which adapt the approach and path to the individual student. As regards our teaching method, everything is carried out under the dictates of the two fundamental federations regulating fishing and diving sports activities respectively, F.I.P.S.A.S. and C.O.N.I.

Furthermore we are also a T.S.A. Training Center. (Trimix Scuba Association). Here are the courses that are most requested and that we teach at our school, even if we make it possible to carry out the entire training course in-house.

We distinguish between Sub Courses:

-F.I.P.S.A.S. sportsmen / T.S.A., which include:

• ARA Recreational Course - diving up to -12 meters
• Open water diver - I level of preparation, allows you to dive up to 18 meters,
• Open water advanced - Level II, to descend to maximum depths of 30 meters below the surface,
• Master diver, the high level of diving preparation, III, qualifies you to dive within 42 meters.

-T.S.A. technicians: Nitrox, tek and Deep, with their respective diving depths of 40, 45 and 50 metres.

-Apnea F.I.P.S.A.S. / T.S.A.

• First degree
• Second degree
• Freediving Underwater Fishing.

Sub Mania Boat Excursion is pleased to accompany you around Cilento and the area of Salerno to discover the coasts and hidden coves that are worth knowing.

The boats we use for our tourist trips at sea are the same ones used for diving, comfortable and equipped with fridge box, awning, sunbathing area at the bow, fresh water shower, masks and snorkel. The guide is a highly experienced boatman who will be enthusiastic to tell you the history and characteristics of the various places that are visited.

Along the coasts of Agropoli and the province of Salernitana you can admire splendid landscapes and the imprints left by history and cultures. We will leave from the port and the first thing to see is the charm of the steep wall on which Agropoli Vecchia is located. Afterwards we can decide in which of the many special places to stop for a dip and a bit of snorkelling: there is no shortage of beauties to discover! Furthermore, we also organize lunch, both on land and on board, based on the type of excursion and the place we are in. The option is to go ashore in Trentova Bay, or in Punta Licosa to have lunch on a restaurant boat.
