The rivers that can be traveled on board the raft, the dinghy used for these aquatic excursions, are the Cilento Calore, the Sele-Tanagro, the Noce Lucano and the Bussento rivers, also reaching the Lao. This is a new, very engaging way of descend into the flow. Each participant wears a neoprene wetsuit, a life jacket, a helmet and diving fins... and then there is the hydrospeed, a sort of small floating plastic "bob" to hold firmly with your hands to be able to float safely in the rapids.

It's not difficult, nor does it take much strength; just follow the water lines of the river and follow the instructions of the guide who follows you during all your games in the current. Our guides will be able to reveal the secrets of the waterway to you, allowing you to have fun in safety.

Trekking & Paddles Diving, taking advantage of its privileged position a few steps from the sea, in the small town of Controne, offers diving services to all its customers. Our is a large company which for years has been dedicating its commitment to the development of various sports, including diving. With us you can make splendid sea trips to discover the seabed of the Amalfi coast.

You will not have to worry about anything because we also leave the possibility to all our guests to buy the outings with equipment included, so you just have to come and visit us and dive with us.

It does not end here, because in our center you will not only be able to go out to sea guided by our instructors, otherwise you will also have the incredible opportunity to participate in a Open Water Course that will make you become real experts. The course consists of a theoretical part where you will learn all the diving techniques as well as those of safety. The practical part is composed of a 3 exits in the sea but carried out from the beach and two exits from the boat. All equipment will be included and provided by the center.
