Skool Surf

Company Overview
Feel the excitement of challenging the waves of the sea at Skool Surf Club. We teach surf classes and camps for all ages from 5 years old. Of course, as long as our students know how to swim.
In the process of learning to surf, participants will fall again and again until they control the techniques, which is why they are required to know how to swim, so that we can all enjoy the activity without any type of danger.
We are in Luarca, on the Otur beach and in Gijón, on the beach of San Lorenzo. Perfect places all year round to carry out the activity, since the weather conditions in both places are ideal for this type of sport.
Our courses are adapted to the different levels and ages of the students and there will always be groups in which there are people of the same age. To make classes as adapted and personalized as possible, the maximum number of students in a group is 7 and for children the maximum is 4.
We have the most complete facilities with Wi-Fi, shower, rooms, etc. So that you can install yourself without any problem. In addition, we also have a store where you can buy surf equipment separately and investigate the sea in your free time yourself.
Summary Surfing
Our courses are aimed at students of all ages as long as they know how to swim. We have complete programs from Monday to Friday or concentrated on Saturdays and Sundays, trying to coincide with your free time. You also have private classes contracted by the hour both in summer and winter. These begin at 9:15 a.m. in the morning, in 2-hour shifts that end at 8:15 p.m. If you still need a special schedule we can adapt.
Our 2-hour basic courses include the attention of our qualified instructors. The student will be covered by specific insurance and will be able to use the changing rooms to change, shower, and will have a board and wetsuit within reach. At the end we deliver a diploma that certifies participation in it.
At any time of the year you can also request surf courses combined with skateboarding, professional surf training and birthday parties for kids focused on surfing.
Summary Surfing Camps
This space is at your disposal for the surfcamps in which you participate, with large shared rooms with bunk beds, 600 m2 of gardens to rest outside and specific rooms for video correction after the lessons. Very good experience. It was for my children and they loved it so much that they repeated the next day with another 2 hours of class. -

Excellent atmosphere and excellent treatment, we would certainly repeat. We decided to do it because we were on our honeymoon, and we would do it again and again. Thank you very much for everything, for the classes and for the professionalism. -

Overall the experience was excellent. We were sorry that we were only a friend and I in the house, so I lost a bit that sense of "surfcamp". However, despite being both alone the attention from the housekeepers as well as from the surf monitor was more than correct. On the other hand, having been both alone the surf classes were private lessons in which we learned a lot. In addition, having Roberto as a monitor was incredible: he knows a lot of what he talks about, helps you, motivates you and squeezes you to the fullest, and has a great capacity to synthesize the faults you're committing and help you correct them one by one. Without a doubt the best monitor I've ever had (both surfing and other sliding sports). We will be back there !!
