The waters of the Ruidera Lagoons, between the provinces of Ciudad Real and Albacete, constitute a very suitable setting for you to try indoor diving, away from the sea . The specific characteristics of the lagoons greatly differentiate diving here from that practiced on the coast.

The Natural Park consists of 15 lagoons in which we do the dives. Visibility is usually good despite being river waters. Between 10 and 15 meters away they are visible.

The landscape under the waters of the lagoons is what most differentiates them from the marine one, since the diving technique is very similar.

In winter the temperature is somewhat lower but in summer almost the same as at the sea.

We do several types of dives:

• Simple

• Doubles

In both we include the bottles, the guides and weights.

In addition to special dives:

• Initiation in dry suit diving. It consists of a theoretical part in which the use of the suit is explained and another practical part in which we will immerse ourselves.

• Night dives. We will need a minimum of three people and it will have to be requested in advance.

To start diving or learn more and progress, we offer the various official PADI courses with mixed practices, first in the lagoons and later on the coast.

You can also visit the Alto Tajo and dive through the waters of its river on guided excursions.

Within the sport of sailing, at Ruidera Activa Vela we offer two very different options, depending on the level of experience of each person:

• Initiation activity to light sailing: For approximately 2 hours we will carry out instruction in light sailing. You will learn from our qualified instructors the basic techniques on board a boat of this type.

• Sailing dinghy crossing: It is time to put into practice everything we have learned in the previous activity. You will be able to roam at your leisure and have a great time. Our monitors will supervise the activity at all times to ensure that participants respect all security measures.

Ruidera Activa Paintball offers you to enjoy an exciting paintball game, in which you will have a great time and experience a spectacular adrenaline rush.

We offer two shifts to start the activity, at 11:00 a.m. or at 4:30 p.m. The duration will be approximately 3 hours. We include all the material for the battle as well as a 100-ball magazine. It is available every day of the year.

Everyone who tries paintball is amazed by the fun it produces and because it helps, even for a short period of time, to forget about the problems of daily life.
