The canoe courses can be both individual and collective and are divided into levels and have a duration of 6 hours.

The course for beginners aims to teach the fundamentals in flat water and give a first approach to the current. The course can be divided into four parts:

• part on land: course presentation, description of materials, basic position, setting up in the canoe, holding the paddle, movements to be carried out with the paddle, self-rescue.
• part in the water: confidence in the vehicle, exercises of dexterity and balance, circular paddling, paddling forward and paddling backwards.
• part in the water: steering, lateral movement, low support, ascent into the water.
• ground part: safety and final assessments on the course.

The No Stress Team Kitesurf is a school for kitesurf enthusiasts and more ... It offers a wide range of water sports courses, in addition to Kitesurf, such as: windsurfing, canoeing, surfing and catamaran.

The school is located on a beautiful beach on the western Ligurian Riviera in the beautiful town of Bordighera. The mild climate allows you to participate in courses from April to October.

The school offers its students state-of-the-art materials as well as a series of facilities such as: private beach, beach volleyball court, solarium and ample parking.

The courses are divided into:

• Initiation course has a duration of 6 hours. During the course the following activities will be performed: theory, rigging a boat, departure, capsizing, returning, elementary management of a boat, jibe, tacking, perfecting, maneuvers in strong winds, rigging, launching, leaving the beach, returning.
• Specialization course lasts 6 hours, offers an optimization of the sail plan and maneuvers, maneuvers in strong winds and use of the trapeze.

The school offers individual windsurfing courses or group (from 2 to maximum 4 people), divided into various levels and divided as follows:

• 1st level course - lasts 8 hours and consists of: theory, simulator, balance with the board, start, tack and basic jibe.

• 2nd level course - lasts 6 hours and consists of: gait safety, tack and jibe refinement with drift and departure from the beach.

• 3rd level course - lasts 6 hours and consists of: gaits without drift, jibe without drift, start using strap and trapeze.

• 4th level specialization course - lasts 6 hours and consists of: starting from the water, perfecting use of straps and harnesses, introduction of power jibe.

• 5th level specialization course - lasts 6 hours and consists of: power jibe improvement, power variants.
