Nazaré Surf School

We welcome you to our Surf School located in the picturesque coastal town of Nazaré, north of Lisbon, one hour and a half car ridefrom the Portuguese capital. First, we want to talk to you for a few moments about this beautiful town, simply so that you know that the place where our activities take place is the closest thing to paradise.

Nazaré has a privileged location, right in the center of the country, between Lisbon and Oporto. But that is the least important thing, because what really matters about this town is the legend of its founding and everything that has come after. It is the only place in the entire country where, for example, we can see women dressed in the famous As sete saias dresses, an attraction in itself.

The town is divided into three areas, Praia, Sitio and Pederneira, which exude magic on all four sides, equally. The first is the atmosphere of beaches, lively people and delicious culinary delicacies. Site is the historical site of the city, where one blends in with its religious past, home to fortifications, impressive museums and ancient basilicas. Finally, Pederneira is a conjunction of the previous two, a place where tradition and modernity mix. If after this brief description you don't feel like getting to know Nazaré, something is wrong.

Nazaré Surf School was born in the year 2012 as the first school in this area that provides both Surf and of Bodyboard. Later, we incorporated Paddle Surf as another of the available disciplines.

We have the advantage of having all the certificates that are required to practice these modalities, previously granted by the Portuguese Surf Federation as well as by an organization as important as Portugal Tourism. We also have the relevant insurance, which means we are totally reliable. Our priority objective is to gain the trust of all users.

On the other hand, we have a wonderful team of professionals. All, without exception, have been accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, all have extensive experience in the activities we offer, all demonstrate their dedication to water sports by transmitting that passion to the different students who pass through our center.

Finally, our facilities are conditioned in such a way thatEveryone who visits us feels as if they were at home. The most modern material, in perfect condition, is followed by a sum of details that will make your stay as pleasant as possible: we have showers, lockers to store belongings, equipment adapted to all levels...
