Group Paddle Surf Class Nazaré 1 Lesson 1h30'

For the writer of these lines, paddle surfing is synonymous with walking on the waters, separating the sea, as God did with Moses in the Bible so that he could pass through them. At least, that's how I perceive it. That oasis of peace that paddle surfing provides, on a board to which you set the rhythm you want, slowly but surely, absorbed in what surrounds us.

It has to be the closest thing to a religious experience. Similar experience to that experienced by the founder of the city of Nazaré, a place where we are going to propose holding a collective class of an hour and a half long strong> so that you can learn the basic concepts of paddle surf, improve your technique even more or reconnect with a bandwagon that you had already given up on.

We are going to tell you the story of the creation of the city while you become more and more interested in paddle surfing. Well, apparently, Mr. Fuas Roupinho, who later became the promoter of this town, was hurtling into the void with his horse, hopelessly, when suddenly, in a fit of rage, he remembered the Virgin and dedicated a prayer to her. Such was his luck that he ended up being saved, and, as a result of this event, he built a chapel in honor of the Virgin that would be the foundations of the later Nazaré.

Beautiful legend, right? For this reason, almost all of the city's legacy is of religious origin. And that is why I began by talking about the parable of Moses. And because, in reality, paddle surfing has a lot of mysticism, about leaving with a strengthened spirit.

In our classes it is indifferent if you have some previous experience or not, whether you want to get started in this world or if you are already used to it, we take care of establishing groups according to your level, in such a way that you share knowledge with people of the same rank.

There will be a monitor for every 4 participants, in order to guarantee proper attention. Furthermore, in case we hadn't already mentioned it, our instructors are accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and have a long history that has led them by different centers.

Come to our school and from there we will take you by transport to the beach where the activity will start. But, first, we will give you the mandatory equipment for the activity, that is, a comfortable neoprene suit, thermal suit, the paddle surf board corresponding and a paddle for rowing.
