We have different sections so you can choose which one you prefer, from 7 km to 20 km, the latter being the one focused on professionals. It is usually an activity that varies in duration but it can take you to descend the Sella between 1 to 6 hours, depending on your skill and the conditions in which we find the river.

We don't want it to be a simple descent, to make it unforgettable we have prepared small stops along the route where you can swim in puddles and corners where you will find salmon and other fish.
