Maremoto Windsurf Center is a specialized center that for several years has been promoting the practice of sports activities that allow you to experience the sea in a different way.

The school is located on the seafront of Vindicio, Formia, in the Gulf of Gaeta, a popular destination for sailing sports enthusiasts, thanks to the favorable conditions of thermal wind and flat sea.
The Maremoto Surf Center has at its disposal the whole range of Starboard and Severne equipment, the best brands on the windsurfing market, to meet all the needs of skills and conditions of wind.

The flagship of the Maremoto Surf Center are the windsurfing courses , organized in various levels, from basic to advanced techniques.

The term sup is the acronym for Stand up Paddle , a new practice among water sports that is spreading in the Italian seas. To "sup" you will need a surfboard slightly wider than normal and adapted to the sup , as you sail in an upright position , and a paddle to facilitate propulsion and movement on the water.

Maremoto Surf Center organizes sup courses on the beach of Formia , in the province of Latina, where you will be followed by our qualified instructors .

Sup is a not so complicated discipline that nevertheless requires a minimum of preparation in order not to take risks during the practice. Our instructors will teach you the correct position to take on the board, the right technique for paddling and you will be completely able to run around the sea in full fun!

The sup is also an excellent opportunity to do physical activity being a sport that moves all the muscles , the abdominals, legs, pectorals and arms .

The course is divided into three lessons lasting one hour that include theory teaching , with the knowledge of materials and safety measures, and practice in which you will be in direct contact with the sea .
