At the Spiaggia delle Donne you can follow the basic course , which includes six meetings, during which you will explore the different rules of kite:

• Lesson I - basic knowledge of winds and material,
• II lesson - kite rigging exercises,
• III lesson - techniques and safety standards, knowledge and application,
• IV lesson - acquisition of independence on the kite and its management,
• Lesson V - body drag,
• VI lesson - departures from the water and the beach with the board.

The Spiaggia delle Donne is the perfect place for those who want more than just a sunbed from their days on the beach. The new successful water sport has also arrived in Riccione thanks to the staff of the Spiaggia delle Donne: from this year, in fact, you can practice the highly anticipated Paddle Surf, the fun and simple sport suitable for all those who want to have fun and keep fit .

You will need no more than three lessons with our Stand Up Paddle instructor to become autonomous on the Paddling board and manage the basics of this sport.

With this short course you will be able to stand on the board and discover the best movement to take advantage of your paddling.

It will be possible to choose the complete course, formed, in fact, by 3 lessons of one hour each or request a single lesson, always of one hour, with our instructors, to discover the introductory basics to this sport.

On request it will be possible to organize courses for small groups (up to six participants) and to rent the necessary material.

At the beach of women you can start your sailing course directly in Riccione , during your days on the beach.

The courses are aimed at adults and children and include the basic level as well as the advanced level.

The Basic Course is suitable for beginners who have not attended other sailing courses and is responsible for transmitting the fundamental notions to deal with the governance of sailing.

The Advanced Courses , for those who have already passed the first step or have attended a basic sailing course, include exercises and notions of improvement of sailing techniques.

All meetings are held by instructors recognized by the Italian Sailing Federation and offer two possibilities:

• Complete course for adults , in which each lesson lasts 75 minutes for a total of six meetings and includes an accompanied sailing boat trip,
• Single Lesson ,
• Complete Sailing Course for Children with midweek meetings (5 mornings).
