This discipline is based on the use of a surfboard, which thanks to a kite can follow the wind's course . Kite surfing involves numerous differences compared to classic surfing, as not only must you be able to manage the board, but you must also learn how to handle the kite.

With our IKO certified instructors , and also with the supervision of a Level 2 Instructor, you will be able to practice and learn this sport.

KITE Salento , driven by the philosophy of personalizing the teaching experience, organizes above all private lessons, or even for two people followed by an instructor.

This allows us to design the lessons on your real needs and to follow the "tailor-made" progress with a totally Student oriented philosophy, which allows us to offer you high quality lessons.

We also organize lessons in different languages, including Spanish and English.

At the end of our lessons you will get an IKO certification , with which you can rent the equipment or give you a certificate to continue the lessons at IKO affiliated centers.

In addition, our lessons are conducted with modern and safe equipment, including a helmet and a life jacket.

• Basic level , for those who want to learn this discipline, but have no experience, in which we will impart the fundamental notions of windsurfing which include the recovery of the sail and the techniques to navigate the beam and how to tack.
• Intermediate level , to compliment the rudiments of wind surfing, which includes in theory and practice the ways of starting from the beach, and the techniques for sailing upwind and how the jibe works.
• Advanced level , for those who are already experienced and want to perfect the techniques to start from the water, improve navigation and learn how to use the trapeze and straps.
