H2O Surf School we are in the heart of the Oyambre Natural Park, whose beaches are the ideal setting for practicing the most intense activities and water sports, such as the modality that we develop on the waves. from this part of the north of the Peninsula. We work every day to offer the best courses and services with which to delight people who love the sea and everything it hides.

Our most popular activity is surf. It is no wonder, since it enjoys great popularity and that is why people demand a place where they can learn and enjoy the experience of getting on the board. We offer both courses in which you can learn to practice it, as well as camps in which any amateur, wherever they are from, can spend a few days totally dedicated to climbing on the waves.

We also want to give an alternative variant to the school and we have acquired flyboard equipment, the incredible discipline that allows the user of the powered board to propel himself through the water and the sky like a real seabird.

Summary Surfing

Enjoy the breaking of the waves riding them with the surf courses we offer at H2O Surf School. It doesn't matter if you are a novice and have never practiced this discipline or if, on the contrary, you want to perfect your skills. In our school all students have a place.

If you want to get started, our course will start from the most basic details so that learning is completely satisfactory. We will teach you how to enter the water, how to deal with falls, how to position yourself and maintain your balance, among other things. Of course we will also focus on safety and we will go from these main notions to the most complex to start surfing.

For the most advanced, the important thing is to check the base from which they start and from there design an itinerary with what matters most to improve. You can stay at the Hostel Surf Llambres H2O, where we will serve you satisfactorily with a meal and course regime fully adapted to the main activity. The only requirement is to be of legal age, since the stay and classes are adapted to your preferences. The team will provide you with the necessary material to carry out any of the activities, so relax and enjoy.

We have additional activities to take away from this experience something more than just surfing. You can go canoeing, jump on a trampoline, exercise in an interesting way such as yoga, watch videos... Talk to us and close all the details. We can even pick you up at nearby airports.

How to get there?

The H2O Surf School is located in San Vicente de la Barquera. We teach classes mainly on Gerra beach and on Rosal beach in San Vicente de la Barquera. To get to our school coming from the A8 highway you have to take the exit to San Vicente de la Barquera, cross the bridge towards Comillas and at the first roundabout take the direction of Playa del Rosal. We are at the end of the avenue on the right, right in front of the Rosal campsite. If you come from Comillas towards San Vicente de la Barquera along the coastal highway CA-131 or along the national highway N-634, before crossing the bridge, at the roundabout, take the exit that indicates Playa del Rosal
