At the Laola School we perfectly control all forms of surfing and its new variants such as paddle surfing, perfect to try it alone or combine it during our courses on the Galizano beaches.

We guarantee personal attention by always forming small groups in which we know each student well, what they are like, what knowledge they have so far and what concepts they need to work on the most. As a teaching center we apply these characteristics to:

- The surfcamps: which are open throughout the entire summer season, starting in June and ending coinciding with the end of September. They are provided with accommodation and full board service. If you can't wait for the summer season, take advantage of Easter or contact us before a long weekend, we can surely help you.

- Surf classes: which you can do alone with the instructor exclusively for you, or decide on a slightly cheaper option doing it in a group. Don't worry about sharing the instructor's attention with other people because we never gather a large number of students. In terms of time, they are available every day when it suits you best, in the morning or afternoon.

- Paddle surf: relax on one of our trips or trust us to first learn how to handle the paddle.

At the Laola Surf School we teach you how to navigate the sea on the Cantabrian beaches of Galizano and Langre. The professionalism of our instructors allows us to serve you regardless of your age and the equipment of our facilities will provide you with the material you will need so that you do not have to carry anything or spend more money.

- When can you participate in these lessons?: They are taught every day of the week. In the mornings you will find us on the sand from 9:30 a.m. and in the afternoons we are active until we return to school at 8:30 p.m.

- How do I sign up?: It is as simple as starting because the student's registration is formalized after the first class in which they participate. This way you will be completely sure that you like what you are doing.

- How many people am I going to share the class with?: that depends on the idea you have since we work both for individuals and in groups. If you want to learn collectively, we will give you a price depending on whether you choose five lessons per week, just two or a single class. If you request it individually there are rates for one and two sessions.

Paddle surfing is one of the disciplines that we, as specialists in board sports, show you at the Laola Surf School.

For this we use the facilities of our Cantabrian center in Galizano Ribamontán. When doing a stand up paddle trip, the following will be taken into account:

- The skill of the participants who are part of the group: although we have previously studied the itinerary that is most convenient to follow, if we are going to separate from the coast we need to ensure that all the members of the group expedition know how to handle themselves on the board and with the paddle. It is important, not so much the technique for simple routes, as the autonomy and self-confidence to avoid nervous situations and therefore danger.

- The weather and sea conditions that day: our routes last around 120 minutes, so we will leave with the sea calm enough and having verified that the situation will not change immediately .

If you are not exactly experts in sup, we can teach you to know the material well and know how to use it.

At the Laola Surf School we like you to take advantage of your free days to improve your surfing or start to feel comfortable among the waves if you haven't tried it yet. To achieve this, we schedule surfcamps several times a year in which we welcome students of all ages. Also remember that it is never too early or too late to learn a sport that will compensate you physically and mentally.

The editions we usually work on are:

- The summer surfcamp: it is the one where the most children and young people attend because it coincides with the holidays at school entities. It normally remains open from the last days of June until the end of September. Since there is such a wide availability of dates, you can sign up for as many weeks as you want, one, two or more.

- Easter Surf Camp: also available on some long weekends and being more limited days, we took advantage of them intensely with 4 hours of surfing per day both in the morning and afternoon.
In our surfcamps we share homemade food on a full board basis and we will pick up the participants at the transport station where they get to the city if they need it.
