In Epic Canarias you will learn to love and respect the sea in equal measure. We teach classes in different marine sports with which you will live unique experiences in a natural and very exciting environment.
The three sports that we teach are:
- Surf: learn to avoid and overcome the waves of the sea with only a board as help. This sport is one of the most popular as it provides you with great adrenaline rushes and makes you be in contact with nature in a very direct way. For a few hours you will believe that there are only you and the sea in the world.
- Kitesurfing: Kitesurfing is a type of surfing in which you use a kite and the speed of the wind to propel yourself and navigate the waves. Feel like you're flying over the sea with this sport that mixes air and water.
- Paddle Surf: paddle surfing may seem like the "boring brother" of surfing, but nothing could be further from the truth. Surf the waves with only a paddle and a board as tools and test your physical and mental strength.
The three sports have courses of different levels, both for beginners and professionals, and we even offer the possibility of accommodation in long-term intensive courses.

Summary Kitesurfing
At Epic Canarias we offer kitesurfing courses for all levels.
This type of surfing will make you feel the emotion to the surface, since it consists of being on a board, but propelled by a kite that you will sail yourself, being able to make jumps in which you practically fly.
We have several kitesurfing courses adapted to the different levels of the students:
- Baptism: Test the theory and basic practice of this sport for two hours and immerse yourself in the water for the first time, propelling the kite yourself, following the instructor's instructions.
- Initiation course: With this three-day course you will learn the basic techniques to be able to kitesurf in a somewhat more autonomous way than in the beginner's course. The first day we will be practicing on land, learning to fly the kite and internalizing the theoretical knowledge about wind that the instructor will give us. The second day will be done half on land and half in water and the last day will be entirely in the sea.
- Advanced course: this is designed for those who want to correct small mistakes now and become true professionals in this sport.

At Epic Canarias we offer you Stand Up Paddle or Paddle Surf courses so that you can do them practically with completely professional instructors, qualified in this activity.
We have several courses adapted to the different levels of the students who attend.
These are:
- Baptism: paddle surfing may seem like a simple sport, but it is necessary to know both the theory of the technique and put it into practice to be able to do it. In this course you will have your first contact with this sport and you will learn the most basic techniques to be able to do it.
- SUP in waves: it is necessary to have had a first contact with paddle surfing to be able to take this course. For this reason, we recommend that those who want to do it, first carry out their paddle baptism. In this three-day course we will practice surfing with waves that are somewhat more active than those that were on the days chosen for the baptism and thus we will learn to surf with the paddle and the board.
- Paddle surf excursion: go out to the sea to paddle surf for three hours, enjoying the calm waves of the sea.
