Centro Canoa & Rafting Lao Pollino puts at your disposal different types of experiences whose main objective is to offer you the opportunity to spend unique days in contact with nature.
With our individual programs, or designed for groups of friends and families, you can choose from our proposals for the following activities:
- With Trekking you can relax with wonderful walks for all types of trekking enthusiasts, in fact we have different destinations with routes of all levels;
- The Rafting takes place in the company of our guides, all certified by the Italian Rafting Federation. We organize descents of all types and levels, for professionals and beginners;
- With the Canyoning we offer you explorations of all the wild nature of our territory, you will discover all the most fascinating secrets of the Jannello river between the descents on the rock and the walks in the clear waters.
Our center has a truly vast choice of experiences based on the great knowledge of our staff, of our region, but above all of the Pollino National Park .

Summary Canyoning
canyoning is not a very common and widespread sport but all those who try it at least once fall in love with it and never want to stop.
In fact it is an adrenaline-filled experience but at the same time relaxing for the mind, it allows you to immerse yourself in the wild nature and discover places never seen before.
Our goal is to bring new curious people closer to experiences such as canyoning, in fact we organize a basic level expedition and one with a duration of about 3 hours , in which you will discover the courses of water and natural pools where you can dive and walk.
You will be accompanied by our guides, who know perfectly all the routes visited, for the totality of the route which is about 2 kilometers , moreover it is a truly perfect activity to do together with the younger who must be at least 10 years old to participate .
In the middle of the Natural Park you can enjoy magnificent landscapes and waterways and try techniques such as the Rappel or the zip line.
With adventures, adrenaline, nature and relaxation it is difficult not to adore the canyonig, come and try it with us!
Summary Hiking
We organize really special trekking excursions within the Pollino National Park .
Our excursions have been designed by experts in order to offer a great variety for all tastes and all levels.
Some of the stretches of the routes can be up to 2000 m above sea level along magical places such as the Garden of the Gods , Monte Pollino, Serra Dolcedorme and Serra delle Civole .
The routes designed by us are:
- Colle Impiso, is of an excursion type and the duration is about two hours for a distance of about 2 kilometers;
- Piano Ruggio , is tourist-oriented and plans to travel 2 km in about 2 hours;
- Laino Castelllo , is considered a cultural difficulty level, is 500 meters but the duration is 2 hours;
- Rotonda , the level is cultural and it is expected to travel 1 kilometer for a total time of 2 hours.
