Surfing is probably the most sensational sport you can do among the waves. From Base Nàutica we take you to practice it from Mar Bella beach where we have our facilities. So that you can enjoy at your own pace we have prepared:

• Surf baptisms: it is the simplest thing in the world of surfing. It is a first contact with both the sport and the waves and the materials. Although it is only an initiation, you will be able to enjoy a day of 2 hours in which you will have a great time practicing both in the sand and in the water.

• Surf Courses: the classes we have prepared are designed for those with a low level. It is about giving an introduction to surfing to learn and train in a legendary sport. It will be done in two 2-hour sessions over two days that you choose. The first day will be more theoretical and we will explain everything to you until you can start riding the waves for yourself. First you will practice balancing on the sand and little by little we will go into the sea. The second session will be a review and more practice in the water. During this second day you will enjoy the waves even more and you will be able to experience unparalleled adrenaline rushes

• Initiation courses: you will discover everything from scratch. Although you probably have certain knowledge about this sport, we will teach you so that you learn in a solid way. You will learn to maintain the balance of the boat, to control the course in the strongest currents and to handle the rudder safely.

• Improvement courses: In addition to reinforcing the most basic knowledge, we will propose adaptation to the Hobie 16' so that you can enjoy the speed of this type of sailboat. Additionally, in this course you will learn more specific theory about the world of navigation and sailing.

• Advanced courses: these classes are for experts who want to go further and perfect everything they already know. In this course you will learn to ride the sail and you will be able to travel long distances controlling the direction at all times. To make it more fun, we will organize small regattas in which we will practice the maneuvers that you already know and other new ones that you will learn from the best instructors.

In any case,the courses have the same duration: 12 hourswhich will be distributed as you wish, either over two weekends or four days that you choose. To come and practice Sailing with us you must be over 16 years old and also very willing to learn in the best way possible.

For those who like to feel the ferocity of the waves while they are driven by the most intense wind, we have organized windsurfing courses so that they can discover or perfect one of the most spectacular sports.

Our base is located in the heart of Barcelona, on Mar Bella beach and there, we will look for the best waves so that you can face them and enjoy in a very refreshing way.

The Base Naùtica instructors have been teaching this sport for many years and therefore will adapt perfectly to your level:

• Basic level: we will teach you from scratch. At the end of this course you will know how to handle the board and sail as you wish and even make the most extreme turns with which you will surprise everyone on the beach.

• Improvement level: from the beach, we will access the waves so that you can improve your techniques and be able to move with ease in all directions. To be able to practice with us at this level you must have done windsurfing before and master the most basic notions.

We prepare the courses we do to suit you. They last 10 hours that you can divide as you wish, either on two weekends in a row or for 4 days during the week. In any case, if you have questions, ask us and we will solve all your problems.

We love preparing new activities and we do not stop innovating with water sports, which is why we have organized days in which you will learn to practice paddle surfing from the most professionals.

Paddle surfing involves certain requirements:

• Know how to swim: We do not doubt your balance, but you probably spend a lot of time in the water and so that there is no safety problem, we need you to know how to swim with some ease.

• Be 18 years old: we ask for a minimum age to ensure that everyone can enjoy paddle surfing without problems. In any case, if you are a minor but you have your parents' permission or they accompany you on this adventure, you can also come.

The paddlesurf days we do are very fun and, for 1 hour and a half, you will learn everything you want to know about this sport. The first thing will be to teach you the material and learn a certain theory to be able to do the activity without a problem. This will take us about 20 minutes and then we will go out to practice everything we have learned and look for the most exciting waves.

No experience is necessary as it is a very simple sport, so do not hesitate to book this activity as soon as possible and start enjoying the beach and the waves in a different way.

Children's vacations are perfect for them to learn new sports and enjoy their free time with the most fun adventure activities. With us you can train in all types of water sports and cool off on the different beaches of Barcelona.

We prepare camps from June to September for children of almost all ages. The youngest children will be 6 years old and the oldest will be small teenagers of 17 years old. So that they can do activities appropriate to their age, we will divide them into groups trying to get them to participate in water sports with other children of the same age.

The camps last a minimum of 5 days, although if you want them to spend even more time enjoying all types of water sports, they can come in shifts of 10 days in which they are They will have a great time.

They will be able to practice sports such as surfing in which they will have fun trying to maintain balance between the waves. We will also teach them the most basics ofSailing taking them on our sailboat along the entire Barcelona coast. We will prepare windsurfing and paddle surfing activities so that you can enjoy the newest and most surprising sports or we will take you sailing through the sea aboard some fantastic kayaks.
